BUSINESS BY KIDS COURSE

Ten founder missions

Build your idea one decision at a time: notice a need, choose an offer, test it, plan the money, and explain it clearly.

YOUR ONE PAGE BUSINESS PLAN

The Business by Kids Map

A business plan is not a test. It is a simple map that helps you explain your idea, take the next step, and improve it after feedback.

01

My big idea

What do you want to create? Start small. A product, service, or event is enough.

02

The problem

What is difficult, missing, wasteful, or less fun for people today?

03

My customer

Who will use it, choose it, or enjoy it? What matters to that person?

04

My offer

Write one clear sentence: “I will offer… so that…”

05

What I need

List materials, a place to work, time, and people who can help safely.

06

Costs and price

What does one item cost to make? What is a fair price? What is left after costs?

07

Tell the story

Use a sign, a short pitch, a sample, or a demonstration to help people understand.

08

My goal

Choose a meaningful target: customers helped, items sold, money raised, or a skill learned.

09

Test and improve

Ask what worked, what confused people, and what you will change next time.

Start with a need, not a logo.Useful ideas make life easier, happier, safer, or more interesting for someone.
Test before you grow.Show a simple version to a few people and listen carefully to their reactions.
Mistakes are useful information.Change the price, explanation, or design, then try again.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITIES

Try your decisions

Complete missions to unlock each activity. They use the same choices you make in a real business plan: customers, value, money, and communication.

Unlocking is simple: finish a mission’s quick check. Your progress stays on this device. You can repeat any mission and activity whenever you want.
